Well, I signed up for Relay for Life. When I looked into it, I discovered that it was being held 2 miles from my house on the weekend of Mom's birthday. if that wasn't a sign i dont know what was. I am captain of the team and am trying to get people to participate with us. So far, it is me, Kendra, Tim, Shelli and Timmy. Two people at work and their families also want to be on the team. Mom would be so proud of us. When we get something in our mind that we want to do, we do it. And we will raise a ton of money,... in honor of Mom. Cancer is an awful thing that has affected so many people. Until Mom got cancer, I didnt realize how devastating it was. Hopefully one day, in my lifetime, they will find a cure so no one else has to lose their mom, or dad, or child, or friend. If you want to check out our team page,... here is the link...
